This bold statement comes at a critical time. Last week, Axios published a leaked Department of Justice memo claiming Epstein committed suicide and did not keep a list of clients to blackmail high-profile individuals. Despite that, rumors continue to circulate—many pushed by left-wing media—that Trump was somehow entangled in Epstein’s web.
But if Schoen’s testimony wasn’t enough, legal heavyweight Alan Dershowitz—who helped Epstein secure a controversial plea deal back in 2008—also weighed in. And according to Dershowitz, it’s not Trump or the DOJ covering anything up… it’s the courts in New York.
Dershowitz told NewsNation’s Chris Cuomo that the federal government isn’t hiding any so-called “client list,” simply because one doesn’t exist.
“No, there’s no client list and never has been a client list. A client list suggests that Jeffrey Epstein made a list of people to whom he trafficked women,” he told Cuomo. “What there is, is a redacted FBI affidavit from accusers… and that has been redacted, the names of the people accuse have been blacked out.”
So what’s really going on?
According to Dershowitz, the real reason information hasn’t been released has nothing to do with Donald Trump or his Justice Department. Instead, he says two judges in Manhattan are responsible for the suppression—and they’re doing it to protect alleged victims.
“So, many of the things that are being suppressed are being suppressed by two judges in Manhattan,” he explained. “They’re doing it largely to protect the alleged accusers who are, in the view of the judges, victims.”
In other words, the media’s favorite scapegoats—Trump, former Attorney General Pam Bondi, and the DOJ—aren’t to blame at all.
“Pam Bondi and the Justice Department and Donald Trump are not responsible for that. I don’t know of any information that they could disclose that they haven’t disclosed,” Dershowitz added.
He went even further, claiming he personally knows the names behind the redactions, and that most have already been made public—a fact the media has largely ignored.
“The vast majority of people who are in the files… the vast, vast majority of them have already been disclosed. They’re in articles all over the world. They’re in books that have been written,” Dershowitz said. “You would be shocked how few names are there that haven’t already been disclosed.”
This entire narrative busts wide open the long-peddled idea that Trump had anything to hide in the Epstein case. For years, media outlets and partisan pundits have suggested—without evidence—that Trump was somehow connected to Epstein’s trafficking ring. But two of Epstein’s own lawyers, including the man who spoke to him just days before his death, are now making it crystal clear: Trump isn’t on any list—because that list doesn’t even exist.
Despite all the hysteria, the reality remains: Epstein’s secrets were buried with him, and the courts—not Trump—are the ones holding the keys to whatever remains.
It’s time for the media to stop using Epstein as a political bludgeon and start asking the real question—who is being protected, and why? Because according to those who know the case best, President Trump was never part of that dark world to begin with.
