A horrifying child-death investigation in Cincinnati has left a 7-year-old boy dead and three adults facing murder charges after police allegedly discovered the child bound with duct tape and hidden inside a closet.
William Michael Evans-Ellis, a special-needs child, was found unresponsive on Aug. 6 at an apartment in Cincinnati’s Oakley neighborhood.
Authorities have charged his biological mother, 38-year-old Kaitlin Elizabeth Evans, along with Kirby Rankin, 33, and Nessa Keaney, 23, with murder and child endangerment.
