At the recent Republican National Lawyers Association policy conference, Tom Homan, White House Executive Associate Director of Enforcement and Removal Operations, exposed a chilling reality that many in the mainstream media ignore or downplay: the trafficking of vulnerable children caught up in the immigration crisis. Speaking with candor and urgency, Homan shared the harrowing story of a pregnant 14-year-old girl discovered living with two adult men who were exploiting her as a sex trafficking victim.
“We just found one two days ago. A 14-year-old little girl. Living with two adult males. Who trafficked her,” Homan revealed. “We found her, she’s pregnant. From trafficking being forced into prostitution. 14 years old. We are taking care of her. Both physically and mentally.”
Homan’s words shed light on a tragic pattern that is far from isolated. These young victims, often swept under the rug by the media’s sanitized immigration narrative, suffer in silence while officials scramble to protect them. The former ICE chief slammed media portrayals suggesting immigration enforcement lacks compassion. “Despite what the media says, we are not heartless. We care about these kids. I am a father,” he emphasized, humanizing the difficult work faced daily by enforcement officers.
