Joe Biden issues an alarming warning to Donald Trump about a potential life sentence.
The seditious conspiracy case against Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes for his role in the events of January 6 is won by Biden’s Justice Department.
Because of his suspected involvement in a coup attempt, Rhodes can receive a 12-year prison term. He did not, however, enter the Capitol on that day, and there is no proof that he or any of the other Oath Keepers had weapons on them in Washington, D.C.
In an interview with The Washington Times, Rhodes forewarned Trump about the goals of Joe Biden and Attorney General Merrick Garland, who chose Jack Smith as a special counsel to investigate Trump. Rhodes thinks they’re planning to give Trump a biased and unjust trial like the one he went through.
“They’re going to do the same thing to President Trump that they did to me,” Rhodes stated.
In Washington, D.C., where the vast majority of the jury pool identifies as Democrats, Smith plans to prosecute Trump. Smith is certain that Judge Amit Mehta, who has ruled over many January 6 trials in the past, would preside over Trump’s trial.
Rhodes claims that because of the extreme bias present, Trump has little chance of receiving a fair trial.
“You’re going to get railroaded. You’re going to be found guilty if you try to go to trial. So everyone’s been demoralized and more likely to take a plea deal and agree to ‘test-a-lie’ against President Trump,” Rhodes added.

As Biden had previously put Trump in jail based on his words rather than his deeds, Rhodes claims that Biden and Smith planned to put Trump in jail because of his rhetoric.
“I didn’t enter the Capitol, but I was still found guilty by a D.C. jury of obstructing an official proceeding even though I didn’t even go inside,” Rhodes declared. “And I was found guilty of seditious conspiracy, although they had zero evidence of an actual plan. They just used my speech. It will be the same thing with President Trump.”
According to Rhodes, prosecutors working under Biden’s leadership will take an aggressive stance, using the fear of life in prison to coerce witnesses into repeating the government’s preferred narrative against Trump.
“They threatened [witnesses] with life in prison,” Rhodes continued. “That’s what’s going to happen to President Trump.”
A 45-count fresh indictment against Donald Trump is reportedly being written by Smith.
The allegations are anticipated to center on the false narrative that Donald Trump incited a revolt on January 6th in an effort to topple the government. This story was created by the Democratic Party and the media.
