The DOJ Ignored THIS Biden Corruption

Last Wednesday, shocking information linking former vice president Joe Biden to a possible unlawful bribery deal with a person of foreign origin caused the whistleblower scandal that has recently enveloped politics to boil up.

It was discovered via subsequent inquiry that this circumstance was in fact a component of a larger pattern.

A whistleblower revealed an alleged corruption issue involving Joe Biden and the Ukrainian employer of his son on October 4, 2018. In reference to bribery charges, former federal prosecutor Bud Cummins forwarded information to then-New York US Attorney Geoff Berman that suggested the former Vice President had used his political influence in exchange for cash rewards paid to Hunter Biden, Devon Archer, and himself.

In an unexpected turn of events, US Attorney Berman asked Ukraine’s then-Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko to fly across the Atlantic with two unnamed “John Doe” witnesses for a face-to-face encounter. Despite this inducement, Berman evidently refused to be persuaded and decided to keep quiet, as shown by a telling email that John Solomon of Just The News was able to find.

Former Ukrainian prosecutor general Lutsenko said in the past that Joe Biden exploited his position to defend his son’s employment in return for money. “There is a claim they have proof of a wire of significant funds from Zlochevsky to Rosemont Seneca Partners LLC which they claim directly went to the benefit of Joe Biden,” wrote Cummins.

“I have never understood why they think they know it went to him. I think the entity was associated with Hunter Biden and Archer. All I have been told is that the person who made the transfers was told that ‘one goes to Joe Biden.’”

A well-known Ukrainian personality noted for his commercial and political achievements is Mykola Zlochevsky. From 2010 to 2012, he was the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources, and during that time, he made environmental preservation one of his top priorities. His most well-known project was founding the energy business Burisma Holdings, where Hunter Biden formerly served on the board from 2014 to 2019.

Hunter Biden and Christopher Heinz, the stepson of former US Secretary of State John Kerry, founded Rosemont Seneca Partners LLC, a private equity business with headquarters in Washington, D.C., in 2009. The company has assets in a variety of sectors, including energy and banking. Most significantly, the company owned a stake in the Ukrainian energy behemoth Burisma Holdings, whose board Hunter sat on from 2014 to 2019.

“I can’t really imagine a legitimate reason for the DOJ not to follow up on an offer like that,” Bud Cummins, a former federal prosecutor, stated in a conversation with Just the News and The New York Post. “I felt like it was stonewalled,” Cummins expressed amazement that the DOJ didn’t investigate and make an effort to confirm the veracity of the claims made by Ukrainian authorities.

A striking link between money and policy decisions was disclosed on Wednesday by a shocking whistleblower account, potentially exposing the Biden administration in a sneaky exchange of favors.

In a joint statement, Senator Chuck Grassley and Representative James Comer said: “The DOJ and the FBI appear to have valuable, verifiable information that you have failed to disclose to the American people. Therefore, Congress will proceed to conduct an independent and objective review of this matter, free from those agencies’ influence.”

Bud Cummins, a former federal prosecutor, recounted a covert check of his phone as “retaliation.” He said, “it doesn’t make much sense to investigate the guy who brings you the allegation rather than the allegation.”

The extraordinary achievement of Timothy Cummins, a former federal prosecutor, being selected by President George W. Bush and unanimously confirmed to serve as the United States Attorney for Arkansas’ Eastern District in 2001 speaks volumes about his reputation, moral character, and knowledge.

Tim Cummins has in the past contributed significantly to the investigation of some of the most well-known scandals in America. These included investigating the events surrounding the Whitewater scandal involving President Bill Clinton and First Lady Hillary Clinton by looking into the papers of former Arkansas Governor Jim Guy Tucker. More recently, while looking into any wrongdoing by members of the Biden family, his legal knowledge was sought for, further establishing Cummins as a someone who isn’t hesitant to take on contentious subjects head-on!
