the directive specifies “any materials and information provided by the People to the Defense in accordance with their discovery obligations … shall be used solely for the purposes of preparing a defense in this matter.”

According to the order, anybody who has access to the evidence that state prosecutors are providing to Trump’s team “shall not copy, disseminate or disclose” the information to other parties, including social media platforms, “without prior approval from the court.”

Additionally, it specifically mentions Trump, stating that he is only permitted to see delicate “Limited Dissemination Materials” from prosecutors in the presence of his attorneys. “Shall not be permitted to copy, photograph, transcribe, or otherwise independently possess the Limited Dissemination Materials.”

Trump is also prohibited by the judge’s order from examining “forensic images of witness cell phones,” while his attorneys are permitted to show him “approved portions” of the images with the judge’s approval.

Donald Trump has refuted all 34 allegations of misbehavior in the case brought against him about payments he made to Stormy Daniels, an adult film star. Despite allegations that he fabricated evidence to maintain her silence, President Trump insists he did nothing wrong.

On Thursday, hush money payments and President Trump’s alleged connection with Stormy Daniels became the subject of a scandal. Days before the 2020 election, a shocking criminal charge threatens to derail any momentum he may have built up up to this point.

Famous attorney Alan Dershowitz has criticized Manhattan DA Cyrus Bragg for his lawsuit against the former president Trump and indicated that it may harm his reputation in the legal community.

While Dershowitz does not share Trump’s political views, he told DW’s Tim Sebastian that the accusations Bragg made against the former Trump are “absurd and politically motivated.” Given that judges and prosecutors in New York are chosen by election, Dershowitz contended that Trump will not receive a “fair trial in Manhattan” and that they all probably have political leanings to the Left.

In their approaching December trial, former Trump attorney Paul Bragg has been advised by Alan Dershowitz to exercise caution when calling Michael Cohen as a witness since doing so might be problematic for the defense.

“I don’t think an indictment can actually come forward now after the comments made by [Robert] Costello,” the attorney said.

He said that “he has proved that the main witness is going to be a perjuring liar on the witness stand, and that puts the district attorney in a terrible position.”

“If he uses Cohen as a witness, he could actually lose his bar license. Putting a witness on the stand who you know is lying is unethical, and he has to know that Cohen will be lying. Or he tries the case without Cohen, which would be very difficult, or he does the right thing: he drops the case,” Dershowitz said.

Recently, Alan Dershowitz presented a strong case that generated considerable discussion.

Famous attorney Alan Dershowitz suggested during an appearance on Fox News that news leaker John Bragg may spend up to five years in prison if found guilty of leaking information about President Trump’s indictment to the media.

In New York, divulging grand jury secrets is a severe felony with dire consequences. As a result of their acts, offenders risk up to five years in jail.

Legendary lawyer Alan Dershowitz issued a warning that the district attorney’s already precarious case might be jeopardized by Michael Cohen’s testimony.

Dershowitz contended that Bragg’s proposal, which demanded that Trump disclose the specifics of his non-disclosure agreement with Stormy Daniels, would be ineffective and eventually defeat its goal.
