Ted Cruz Knows Where More Of The Classified Docs Are

During a recent episode of his podcast titled “The Verdict,” Senator Ted Cruz reviewed the recent raid that the FBI conducted at President Biden’s property in Wilmington, which made news due to the fact that it uncovered six classified materials during its 12-hour search. The Republican from Texas engaged in a thought-provoking conversation about the implications of these revelations for the future of the nation.

After the search, Bob Bauer, an attorney for Joe Biden, issued a statement in which he claimed that some of the “items” dated back to the time when Biden served in the Senate.

On Monday, Senator Cruz upped the ante in his quest of confidential information connected to former Vice President Joe Biden’s Senate records. He advised federal police agents to dig farther than typical sources and investigate the archives at the University of Delaware, where there are around 1,850 boxes stored.

“Let me tell you what the next step in this scandal is going to be,” the senator said. “The next step in this scandal is going to be, OK, if Biden’s Senate documents include classified documents outside of classified settings — which is illegal — how many more classified documents are illegally in his Senate papers?

“And here’s where this matters in particular, which is the University of Delaware has more than 1,850 boxes of records from Joe Biden’s Senate tenure which he gave to the University of Delaware.”

Cruz continued, “Now the University of Delaware presumably does not have them in a SCIF [sensitive compartmented information facility]. It does not have them in a secure location.

“During the 2020 campaign, there was a concerted media effort to try to get access to those documents in particular, there were allegations of sexual harassment raised against Joe Biden, and the media wanted to examine the documents on those allegations of sexual harassment.

“The University of Delaware has said, ‘Nope.’ They’re not releasing the documents to anybody until two years after Biden retires from public life.”

After that, he issued a call to action: “I am right now calling for the Department of Justice, for the FBI to examine all 1,850 boxes of those Senate records to see how many additional classified documents are in those records.

“The answer should be none. But given Biden’s pattern, we should have zero reason to have any confidence that there are not multiple classified documents within those 1,850 boxes of Senate records.”

Around the 11-minute mark, the following remarks are made:

After the publication of a damning report on the Biden classified documents scandal by CBS News, which indicated that his lawyers had discovered 10 confidential papers inside an office closet on November 2 at the Penn Biden Center in Washington, D.C., the scandal has reached a new level of intensity. As additional details emerge about this breaking news, there is bound to be an increased level of curiosity.

It was discovered that a second set of classified material had been found on December 20 in an undisclosed area, which subsequent investigations identified as the locked garage that belonged to Biden’s home in Wilmington. The findings of these investigations led to the discovery of the second set of classified material. An exhaustive investigation, which was at first cloaked in mystery, eventually led to the discovery of the origin of this enigmatic batch.

During the course of the extra examination that took place at the house on January 11, an additional classified document was located, and only twenty-four hours later, five more of these documents were found.

This takes us to the six “items” of secret information that were discovered by the FBI during their search on Friday.

An unexpected step was taken by Attorney General Merrick Garland when he appointed a special counsel to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden’s mishandling of confidential materials. In the past, he had taken extreme measures, such as conducting an FBI raid on former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home in search of “sensitive” material. This was done so as to guarantee that everyone was subjected to the same amount of scrutiny. When identical situations involving both sides were being considered, it was impossible to ignore Garland’s clear dedication to conducting an impartial examination.

Because of the current string of breaches involving confidential documents, one has to wonder: What secrets are still being kept? How much more is there to find out about this topic?

It is still unknown if the FBI will investigate Vice President Biden’s beach house in Rehoboth, which is located more than 100 miles away from Washington, District of Columbia. If there is any chance that justice will be done, however, it is imperative that the inquiry be carried on in its current exhaustive fashion.

Naturally, the “most transparent administration ever” has consistently declined to release any specifics regarding the nature of the secret document, despite claims that it is the “most transparent government ever.”

It’s possible that Hunter Biden, son of the vice president and current target of an investigation by the federal government, is connected to this matter in some way. It has been reported by The New York Post that he moved to Wilmington on a temporary basis after his divorce in 2017; hence, it would be advisable for investigators to review searches of his houses as well.

When the news surfaced that sensitive information had been improperly handled, many people immediately made analogies to how Trump himself had handled similar files in the past. Because of his attempts to impede the investigation and the remarkable amount of objects that were involved in the case, it was generally agreed upon that the situation had been much more dire in the past than it is at the present time. The liberals were unwavering in their adherence to these categorical divisions.

This probe has gotten Biden into a lot of trouble, and it seems like things are just going to get worse from here. As president, Donald Trump once has the authority to declassify papers; but, according to an executive order issued by Barack Obama in 2009, vice presidents are only permitted to do so with material that they have already designated as secret. A clear declaration cannot be made at this time since there are no information yet detailing which documents were discovered.

As a former senator, the individual under investigation was not officially authorized to declassify certain documents relating to them. These records go back to the beginning of their tenure serving in office.

In addition to this, Trump’s papers were stored in a safe location on a property that was guarded by the United States Secret Service. According to the Daily Mail in the United Kingdom, Biden’s belongings were discovered in a variety of unprotected places, including a storage facility in the Chinatown section of Washington, which was “overseen” by the University of Pennsylvania.

It is imperative that action be taken without delay in response to Cruz’s request that the FBI conduct an inspection of the materials stored at the University of Delaware.
