One document from January 17, 1963, reveals Joannides was told to assume the alias “Howard Gebler” and even obtain a fake ID to help conceal his identity.
Until now, the CIA flatly denied that Joannides had any alias or ties to the mysterious “Howard” persona—the same name tied to Oswald’s interactions with Cuban exiles.
According to Axios, months before Kennedy’s death, four operatives from the CIA-backed DRE clashed with Oswald in New Orleans while he was distributing pro-Castro propaganda. That confrontation gave Oswald a public image as a Marxist agitator—and laid the groundwork for how he would be portrayed after the assassination.
Steve Bannon, host of War Room, didn’t hold back when confronting this staggering revelation. He tied the CIA’s deception directly to a broader pattern of lies and abuses from Deep State operatives embedded within our institutions.
“It shouldn’t be lost on anybody. Why was Mark Caputo on Morning Joe and saying about another reporter’s story on Epstein? He was there for the Kennedy exclusive. Which we now know the CIA has actively lied to you about their involvement with Oswald and everything related to the Kennedy investigation. Can’t you see the irony?… that the CIA has been lying about their involvement with Oswald before the fact? Lied!”
And that’s not all. Bannon shredded the credibility of the entire intelligence establishment.
“The Kennedy revelation is a bombshell… the great institutions in this country that people depended upon, looked you in the eye and lied to you because of their actions, the covering up of their actions.”
The CIA’s deception wasn’t just a lie of omission—it was an organized cover-up that spanned official investigations for decades. From the Warren Commission to the House Select Committee, the same agency tasked with protecting Americans was busy obstructing the truth.
The worst part? They sent Joannides—the very man involved with the anti-Castro group that crossed paths with Oswald—as their liaison to the House investigation. That’s not just unethical. That’s criminal manipulation of a government inquiry.
Former investigator Dan Hardway testified that Joannides deliberately misled the committee by withholding documents and playing dumb. Committee counsel Robert Blakey revealed Joannides flat-out lied when asked about “Howard.”
And for this betrayal? The CIA awarded Joannides with their Career Intelligence Medal in 1981. He carried the truth to his grave in 1990.
Bannon didn’t mince words when warning the American people about what this means moving forward.
“Everything we have, if we don’t take down the Deep State in the next 3.5 years on Trump’s watch, we’re screwed.”
He continued, “This is why the devolution of the United States of America, you can take one day, 22 November 1963, boom.”
That day wasn’t just a national tragedy—it was a turning point that showed how powerful and unaccountable the intelligence community had become.
Thankfully, President Trump has demanded full transparency from these agencies under the JFK Records Act of 1992. His administration is taking steps to peel back the curtain once and for all.
Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, who’s been helping lead the charge in Congress, said Joannides was “1,000 percent” involved in a CIA cover-up.
Even Gerald Posner, who supports the lone gunman theory, admitted: “It’s vintage CIA. They never provide transparency. They don’t tell the truth. They obscure. They obfuscate. And when the documents come out, they look bad.”
The good news? Patriots like Trump, John Ratcliffe, and Tulsi Gabbard are demanding answers. More documents are expected to be released. The walls of secrecy are starting to crumble.
But this is just the beginning.
The Kennedy files expose more than just a cover-up—they reveal a pattern of corruption that stretches into the present day. From wars abroad to censorship at home, the Deep State has been pulling the strings while betraying the very people they swore to protect.
Bannon said it best: the fight to reclaim America starts with truth. And now, the truth is finally coming out.
