CNN has never hidden its bias when it comes to immigration and border security. Time and again, the network has given cover to radical leftist talking points while sneering at anyone who dares to defend law enforcement.
That bias was on full display when political commentator Scott Jennings confronted CNN host Abby Phillip about the violent campaign targeting ICE agents and their families. Her response revealed more than she likely intended—and it sent a chilling message to every officer working to protect America’s borders.
Violence Against ICE Agents Explodes
Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers are now under siege. According to the Department of Homeland Security, assaults on ICE officials skyrocketed by 830 percent between January 21 and July 14 compared with the same period in 2024.
These attacks aren’t harmless protests or angry words shouted at a rally. ICE officers are being shot at, assaulted with rocks, and targeted with projectiles as they try to do their jobs.
