Schumer EXPOSED: His 1996 Voter ID Quote Resurfaces!

A decades-old video of Chuck Schumer is suddenly at the center of one of the most politically charged battles in Washington.

And this time, it is not Republicans digging up opposition research.

It is Schumer’s own words doing the damage.

Back in 1996, Schumer stood on the House floor and made a straightforward argument that would sound familiar to millions of Americans today. Verifying identity, he explained, was nothing more than common sense. It was about preventing fraud and protecting the integrity of government systems.

Fast forward nearly three decades, and that same argument has turned into a political landmine.

Now serving as Senate Majority Leader, Schumer is leading the charge against the SAVE America Act, a Republican-backed bill focused on voter ID and proof of citizenship requirements. His stance could not be more different.

“Not a single Democrat will support the SAVE Act,” Schumer said on the Senate floor. “It is a radical bill.”
