A weekend protest in Chicago billed as “No Kings” has landed an elementary school in the crosshairs of conservative critics after video surfaced showing a teacher apparently mimicking the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk. The uproar has driven the school’s online presence offline and ignited a social media firestorm.
Nathan Hale Elementary — located on Chicago’s Northwest Side — reportedly pulled its website and disabled social accounts after the teacher, identified by some outlets as Lucy Martinez, was seen at the demonstration. Online critics quickly seized on the footage and began demanding answers from the school and district officials.
Footage posted from the rally shows the woman reacting when a passing truck displayed a flag honoring Charlie Kirk. In the clip she makes a gesture toward her neck with her hand shaped like a gun and mouths, “bang, bang.” The brief action spread rapidly across platforms and has been framed by many conservative commentators as an explicit and tasteless mockery of a real-life killing.

FIRE the bit%ch Lucy Martinez. If the school does not fire her, sue the hell out of the school! No exceptions!
Agree 100%. Fire her immediately. No example for our children to see such from a teacher.
