Schmitt Just Revealed What They Hid for 30 Years!

>> Continued From the Previous Page <<

Schmitt walked viewers through the steep price Americans have paid while globalists lecture taxpayers about “responsibility” and “leadership.”

“We live in a world of scarcity,” he said. “The United States of America needs to refocus its attention in a much more meaningful way on the homeland, our hemisphere, and then take on our chief adversary, which is China.”

Trump’s Peace Plan Has the Elites Panicking

The timing of Schmitt’s warning couldn’t be clearer. President Trump’s 28-point peace proposal for Ukraine has Europe’s bureaucrats in a full meltdown. His plan demands that Europe stop relying on America’s military umbrella and start taking responsibility for its own continent.

The framework asks Ukraine to concede some Russian-held territory, scale down its military, and drop its NATO ambitions — in exchange for major security guarantees and large-scale reconstruction funding.

European leaders immediately balked, whining that the plan “requires additional work” and complaining about limits on Ukraine’s armed forces. Why? Because it threatens the status quo where America pays the bills and Europe issues statements.

Europe Wants U.S. Protection Without Paying for It

Schmitt didn’t sugarcoat what’s really going on.

Europe, he argued, has been perfectly happy letting the United States bankroll its defense while European governments pour money into welfare programs and climate agendas.

As he bluntly put it: “Op-eds don’t win wars. Rhetoric doesn’t win wars. Percentages of GDP that don’t go to munitions don’t win wars. It’s time for the Europeans to step up in a much more meaningful way for the defense of their own continent.”

Germany, France, and the U.K. condemned Trump’s proposal at the G20 — which Trump pointedly skipped — and insisted they deserved veto power over the deal. German Chancellor Friedrich Merz even said the war can “only be ended with the consent of Ukraine and also with our consent, the European consent, because it is a war on the European continent.”

That’s a bold declaration coming from nations that still can’t meet basic NATO defense spending benchmarks.

Europe’s Worst Fear: Paying Its Own Way

European Council President António Costa called an emergency meeting of all 27 EU governments to strategize against Trump’s peace proposal. The real reason? Trump’s plan includes two investment funds using frozen Russian assets — with Europe forced to contribute 100 billion euros.

One European official complained that it was “surprising to see that level of economic brutality” from Washington.

Translation: Europe doesn’t want to stop the war — it wants America to keep bankrolling it.

Washington’s Foreign Policy ‘Experts’ Got Everything Wrong

Schmitt also took aim at the U.S. establishment that has supported every disaster for the last three decades.

“The Washington consensus has been so wrong about this, Shannon, for so long,” he said. “They’ve been wrong about a lot of things over the last 30 years.”

He’s right. Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria, and now Ukraine — all sold as “the smart choice,” all ending in chaos.

Schmitt said Trump is the first leader willing to acknowledge reality instead of clinging to fantasies. As he put it: “President Trump is coming in and saying, ‘we want to actually end the killing.'”

Ukraine is facing severe manpower shortages, Russia controls a fifth of its territory, and no amount of wishful thinking will change that.

“That killing has to stop,” Schmitt said. “This is where it is, whether you like it or not.”

Trump’s Realism vs. Washington’s Delusion

Democrats like Chuck Schumer bashed the plan as giving Putin “everything he wants,” but none of them have a roadmap that ends the war without risking World War III.

Schmitt explained the difference clearly: “President Trump approaches this as a realist — you take the world as it is, not how you want it to be.”

And he reminded viewers of a key fact: Russia invaded Crimea and Ukraine under Democrat presidents — not Trump.

“The only time Russia ever moved… is when you had Democrat-weak presidents,” Schmitt said.

Meanwhile, Trump’s diplomats — including Secretary of State Marco Rubio — are already in Geneva negotiating the details.

A Return to America First

Schmitt ended with a message Washington has forgotten:

“The United States of America needs to refocus… on the homeland, our hemisphere, and then taking on our chief adversary, which is China.”

That’s the America First foreign policy voters demanded.

And after 30 years of U.S. leaders pretending to be world police while China rises, the old guard in Washington is finally being forced to face reality.

The era of foreign-policy fantasy is over. Trump and Schmitt are making sure of it.
