Scott L. Schwartz, the towering figure who transitioned from a professional wrestling career to a notable acting role in Hollywood classics like Ocean’s Eleven, has passed away at the age of 65. Known for his larger-than-life personality and compassionate spirit, Schwartz leaves behind a legacy that spans decades in entertainment and philanthropy.
Schwartz’s wife, Misty, confirmed the heartbreaking news, revealing that he passed away at home in Covington, Louisiana, due to organ failure. Reflecting on his vibrant life, Misty shared, “Most people associate Scott with the movies, but those who know him personally associated him with being a jolly person, so full of life, a strong loving person, foodie and travel aficionado. Scott truly loved life and everyone that he met along the way. When he wasn’t acting, wrestling or telling jokes he spent his time visiting children with cancer at children’s hospitals.”
