“We’re going to provide everything that we have—everything that we will continue to gather—to the Department of Justice for that direct intent and that direct purpose. There must be indictments,” she said. “Those responsible, no matter how powerful they are or were at that time… they all must be held accountable.”
When pressed further by Bartiromo about whether the American people could expect real justice, Gabbard didn’t hold back.
“In my view, we have the evidence to be able to move forward and bring about justice. Yes—to prosecute and indict those responsible.”

This dramatic revelation comes on the heels of another bombshell: Gabbard recently declassified a 2016 presidential intelligence briefing which, according to her, proves that then-President Barack Obama was fully aware the so-called “Russian collusion” narrative was a complete fabrication—and yet, he allegedly signed off on the operation anyway.
If true, this would confirm long-standing suspicions among conservatives that Obama, along with his intelligence inner circle—including John Brennan, James Clapper, James Comey, and Susan Rice—knowingly used false intelligence to spark a multi-year witch hunt against President Trump.
“The implications of this are frankly nothing short of historic,” Gabbard said. “Over 100 documents that we released on Friday really detail and provide evidence of how this treasonous conspiracy was directed by President Obama just weeks before he was due to leave office, after President Trump had already gotten elected.”
This wasn’t just dirty politics. Gabbard made it clear—this was a full-scale sabotage campaign designed to dismantle Trump’s presidency before it even began.
“The American people had chosen Donald J. Trump to be the next President, and Commander-in-Chief of the United States, and so they decided that they would do everything possible to try to undermine his ability to do what voters tasked President Trump to do.”
According to Gabbard, Obama’s team worked behind the scenes to undermine the peaceful transfer of power, weaponizing federal agencies and intelligence networks to carry out a covert campaign against a duly elected president.
“The effect of what President Obama and his senior national security team did was subvert the will of the American people, undermining our Democratic Republic, and enacting what would be essentially a years-long coup against President Trump who was duly elected by the American people.”
