On Wednesday, a letter was addressed to the National Security Division of the Justice Department pleading for an inquiry into “individuals for whom there is considerable reason to believe violated various federal laws in accessing, copying, manipulating, and/or disseminating Mr. Biden’s personal computer data.”

In a letter identical to this one, the attorneys representing Hunter Biden asked the Delaware attorney general’s office to look into the same individuals for allegedly breaking “various Delaware laws” when they accessed Biden’s information via what Trump has referred to as “the laptop from hell.”
A spokeswoman for Delaware’s attorney general was unable to provide any further details after the Justice Department politely refused to respond.

Fox News and broadcaster Tucker Carlson were also recipients of a letter from Hunter Biden’s attorneys requesting a retraction of “false and defamatory statements made by Mr. Carlson on his show” about the president’s son.
The narrative incorrectly claimed that Hunter Biden was associated with “money laundering scheme to finance President Biden’s lifestyle” by renting to him for $50,000 every month.
