New Clues in Biden Prosecutor’s Mysterious Death

Jessica Aber, a Biden-appointed U.S. Attorney who led some of the Justice Department’s most sensitive national security cases, was found dead in her home over the weekend. The 43-year-old federal prosecutor was discovered unresponsive in her Washington, D.C. residence on Saturday, according to reports.

Law enforcement sources say she likely died of natural causes, citing a “longstanding medical issue” without elaborating. But now, her grieving family is shedding light on what may have led to her sudden passing—and it’s a deeply personal battle that’s rarely discussed.

In a statement to ABC News, Aber’s family revealed that she had long suffered from epilepsy, including seizures that sometimes struck without warning. “Our family is in shock and grieving deeply, and we respectfully request privacy as we attempt to navigate through our unspeakable loss,” they said.

The official cause of death remains pending, as the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner of Virginia continues its investigation. But the circumstances are raising more questions—and concern.
