In a revelation that has left national security circles stunned, Rep. Mike Waltz (R-FL), a top advisor on defense matters, confirmed what many suspected: a liberal media figure somehow found his way into a Trump-era national security group chat on the Signal app—and no one can explain how it happened.
Appearing on The Ingraham Angle, Waltz finally addressed the controversy that has sparked outrage among conservatives and deflection from the left-wing press.

“Look, I’m not a conspiracy nut,” Waltz told host Laura Ingraham, “But of all the people out there, somehow this guy who has lied about the President, who has lied to Gold Star families, lied to their attorneys, and gone to Russia hoax, gone to just all kinds of lengths to lie and smear the President of the United States—and he’s the one that somehow gets on somebody’s contact and then gets sucked into this group.”
Waltz was referring to none other than Jeffrey Goldberg—editor-in-chief of The Atlantic and a known Trump critic—who mysteriously ended up in a secure Signal chat used by senior members of Trump’s national security brain trust.
