The Trigger That Sent Levin Over the Edge
The feud erupted after Greene made a simple yet explosive demand: that the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) register as a foreign lobbyist under federal law.
“Ever since I’ve called for AIPAC to be registered under federal law as a foreign agent, basically to register themselves as a foreign lobbyist (which is what they are), AIPAC lobbies on behalf of Israel,” Greene said in an interview.
