Now that approach is facing a very public test — just blocks from some of Manhattan’s busiest tourist destinations.
A sprawling homeless encampment along Manhattan’s West Side remained largely standing after the mayor’s own seven-day timeline for addressing sidewalk camps expired, according to the New York Post.
