Major Voter Roll Scandal: Arizona Faces Lawsuit!

>> Continued From the Previous Page <<

According to The Blaze, the lawsuit, obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation, accuses Richer and his office of neglecting their duty to maintain accurate voter lists. The lawsuit highlights that in 2022, state lawmakers implemented stricter requirements for voter list maintenance to ensure the removal of noncitizens. These laws mandate monthly reviews of local voter rolls and comparisons with federal databases to confirm citizenship status.

The lawsuit claims, “[Richer] has failed to take the actions required by law to ensure that foreign citizens are removed from Maricopa County’s voter rolls.”

Trump Survivor Coin

Stephen Miller, founder of America First Legal and former senior advisor to President Donald Trump, expressed his concerns to the DCNF: “America First Legal is leading the charge to keep illegal aliens from voting in 2024.” He added, “Maricopa County, in direct violation of state law, is refusing to remove illegal alien voters from the rolls. We are taking decisive action: suing Maricopa County for unlawfully permitting illegal aliens and foreign citizens to interfere in the 2024 election.”

Adding to the gravity of the situation, a recent Rasmussen Reports survey revealed that just over 1% of likely voters in battleground states, including Arizona, admitted they are not citizens. Given the tight race between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris, this could significantly influence the election’s outcome.

The implications are chilling. Illegal aliens should have no part in deciding American elections. If they cannot follow the legal path to become taxpaying American citizens, they should not have a say in our leadership. It’s a straightforward principle.

Democrats may claim their push to allow noncitizen voting is about human rights, but the reality appears more self-serving. With millions of Americans disillusioned with the left, they seem to be relying on noncitizen votes to retain power.

The Blaze reports that Arizona is among at least 46 states that do not require documented proof of citizenship to register for federal elections. Registrants need only check a box affirming their citizenship. Proof of citizenship is necessary for state or local elections in Arizona, but this requirement does not extend to federal elections.

Now, more than ever, it is imperative that noncitizens are barred from voting in American elections. The lawsuit in Maricopa County is a critical step, but similar efforts are needed nationwide to safeguard the integrity of our elections. The future of America as we know it may depend on these actions.

In conclusion, as we approach a pivotal presidential election, the necessity for secure and accurate voter rolls cannot be overstated. Ensuring that only eligible American citizens can vote is fundamental to the democratic process. The actions in Maricopa County are a reminder of the vigilance required to protect this cornerstone of our democracy.
