New York Attorney General Letitia James has once again put politics above public safety — and this time, she’s targeting the men and women who protect America’s borders.
Her newest stunt has law enforcement furious and national security experts sounding the alarm.
Just one day after Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents carried out a successful raid in Manhattan’s Chinatown, Letitia James unveiled a shocking new “public portal.”
The tool encourages New Yorkers to upload photos and videos of ICE operations — essentially turning everyday citizens into informants against federal agents.
James claimed the initiative would help her office “review and investigate any violations of law.”
But to many Americans, this is nothing more than a government-backed doxxing operation that places federal officers in danger for simply doing their jobs.
“Every New Yorker has the right to live without fear or intimidation,” James said in her statement.
The irony of that line is hard to miss — especially coming from a politician known for using her office to punish political opponents while ignoring real crime in her own backyard.
