The AFL’s investigation follows several alarming incidents involving the TdA gang, raising questions about the government’s handling of immigration and border security. In a statement, AFL cited recent reports and widely circulated footage from Aurora, Colorado, where armed members of the Venezuelan gang were seen patrolling the corridors of an entire apartment complex. The surveillance video, which went viral on August 29, highlighted the brazen behavior of the gang, drawing national attention and sparking outrage.

Residents in Aurora have reported numerous instances of criminal activity connected to the Venezuelan gang. These include trespassing, assault, battery, and unlawful firearm possession, further amplifying fears about the growing presence of dangerous foreign criminals in local neighborhoods. According to residents, the gang’s hold on the apartment complex has left many feeling trapped in their own homes, with law enforcement seemingly unable to curb the escalating violence.
