“Ukraine gas deal was just signed. The Germans earlier indicated to Tony that your call had come at a critical moment,” wrote Jeffrey Prescott, then Deputy National Security Advisor, in an October 30, 2014 message to Biden’s private inbox.
So much for standing against Putin.
In a 2014 visit to Kyiv, Biden postured in front of cameras and lectured Ukraine on reducing dependence on Russian gas. But as these emails show, he was working behind the scenes to restart those very same Russian gas flows. And Hunter? He was right there, profiting off it all.
Just months earlier, Hunter Biden had joined Burisma’s board in a bloated deal paying him up to $83,000 a month—despite having zero energy experience. But that didn’t stop him from weighing in on geopolitics.
“There is no immediate supplier solution to replace [Russia],” Hunter wrote in April 2014 to his business partner Devon Archer, explaining how a disruption in Russian gas would be disastrous for Burisma.
He even warned that “if [Burisma founder Mykola Zlochevsky] is seen as unfairly profiting from the [Russian] induced price spike things could turn against him fast.”
And that’s exactly what happened when Russia shut off the gas that summer, igniting panic in Ukraine—and threatening Hunter’s high-paying gig.
At the very moment Joe Biden was secretly helping restore Russian gas to Ukraine, Burisma—Hunter’s employer—was facing a criminal investigation.
Internal documents from Hunter’s law firm Boies Schiller & Flexner laid out a plan to influence Ukrainian officials and kill the probe. One name targeted in their lobbying efforts? Amos Hochstein, a U.S. State Department official.
Ironically, Hochstein was also cited as “critical to the endgame” in the gas deal Biden was pushing behind closed doors.
Even Devon Archer, Hunter’s longtime partner, confirmed to Just the News that Burisma was desperate.
“But one thing I do know is that Burisma would do just about anything to survive, and one of those things was putting the vice president’s son on the board, and I think they did that very effectively,” Archer admitted.
Just Released: Trump White House Collector’s Bobblehead!
In public, Biden boasted about helping Ukraine avert an energy crisis.
“Ukraine risked another crisis this winter. But through skillful European mediation and active U.S. engagement, Russia and Ukraine reached an agreement that will keep the gas flowing this winter,” Biden told the Atlantic Council Summit in November 2014.
What he left out? His personal involvement—and the fact his son’s firm stood to gain from the deal.
Emails show Hunter kept a close watch on the energy drama, even communicating with Burisma’s U.S. lobbyist David Leiter, a former Clinton official. And just before the deal went through, Hunter’s assistant sent an eyebrow-raising message: “Secretary of State may be calling you soon.”
Was Hunter Biden getting inside information from the highest levels of government while cashing checks from Burisma? It certainly appears that way.
This isn’t a one-off. Just months into his presidency, Joe Biden shocked national security experts by waiving sanctions on the Nord Stream 2 pipeline—a massive $11 billion project that delivers Russian gas to Germany. A move that many called a gift to Putin.
The emerging pattern is undeniable: Joe Biden’s so-called “toughness” on Russia ends the moment it threatens his family’s financial interests.
While Biden stood at podiums preaching resistance to Russian aggression, he was working the phones, cutting quiet deals that propped up Putin’s energy empire—and filled his son’s wallet. This scandal isn’t just about hypocrisy. It’s about influence, money, and deception at the highest levels of government.
