The controversy surrounds Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a man with a disturbing criminal history and suspected ties to the brutal MS-13 gang. His immigration case has sparked lawsuits, protests, and even nationwide media attention.
The Trump administration tried to deport him to Uganda. But in a move straight out of the Left’s playbook, U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis — an Obama appointee — stepped in and ruled that Garcia must remain in the U.S. until another hearing takes place.
