An accused MS-13 gang member and illegal immigrant, Kilmar Abrego Garcia, is now asking a federal judge to silence two prominent Trump-era officials — Pam Bondi and Kristi Noem — in an attempt to shield himself from criticism.

Garcia, who was deported earlier this year along with a group of Venezuelan nationals, managed to sneak his way back into the United States after a court intervened in what became a media spectacle. His return to American soil has stirred outrage, especially after his arrest in Baltimore and subsequent legal maneuvers to block deportation.
Obama Judge Blocks Deportation
The case is currently in front of U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis, an appointee of former President Barack Obama. Judge Xinis has already ruled that Garcia cannot be deported until she considers “due process” concerns raised by his legal team. Critics say this is yet another example of liberal judges bending over backward to protect dangerous criminals while ignoring the safety of American citizens.
