Kari Lake, a Republican from Arizona, has had a month full of achievements that have made her well-known in her state.
The legal dispute over Arizona’s midterm elections took a surprising turn this week: State Senator Michelle Lake was successful in taking her election complaint all the way to the Arizona Supreme Court. Her assertions that anomalies in voting practices and ballot counting were at work during the vote count in November were first rejected by lower-level courts; however, they have now been ordered to revisit these claims on a higher level.

“Lake argues that the superior court erred by dismissing her claims asserting equal protection and due process violations. Her arguments fail, however, because these claims were expressly premised on an allegation of official misconduct in the form of interference with on-site tabulators — the same alleged misconduct as in Lake’s printer/tabulator claim,” the ruling stated.
It continues: “Because these claims were duplicative of a claim that Lake unsuccessfully pursued at trial, the superior court did not err by dismissing them. For the foregoing reasons, we affirm the superior court’s ruling confirming Hobbs’s election as governor. We deny Hobbs’s request for an award of attorney’s fees on appeal because she offered no substantive basis for the award.”
“Evidence ultimately supports the conclusion that voters were able to cast their ballots, that votes were counted correctly, and that no other basis justifies the election results,” it said.
Unfazed, Lake has worked hard to advance in politics, always hoping to have a beneficial effect.
She made a name for herself in business and politics after establishing a solid career in both. She recently visited Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home numerous times in addition to interacting with people from several states, giving away her intentions for an ambitious future in the event that her Arizona election challenge is unsuccessful.
Lake will grace the stage at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington, D.C., next month to discuss current events, according to a recent Fox News announcement.
“Money has continued to pour in for Lake since her loss. Her campaign raised $2.6 million from Election Day through the end of the year, with the biggest haul coming on the day the race was called for Hobbs. She’s raised more money through a nonprofit group her advisers created in December, which doesn’t have to disclose details about its donations and has become her main fundraising vehicle,” Fox News reported.
Lake is really thinking of making a bid for the U.S. Senate, giving the audience something “entertaining” to anticipate!
Charlie Kirk questioned Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Lake on Real America’s Voice about her next political goals. In response, she made a suggestion that if a “decent ruling” in her case over the Arizona gubernatorial election is not made, she would consider running for the Senate in 2024.
Kirk asked Lake whether she was “entertaining” running for the Senate. Lake answered: “Yes I am entertaining it. I mean my number one priority is our court case, and I have full confidence in our court case and I hope we will get a judge to do the right thing. But I’m also looking at what happens if we don’t get a decent ruling in that, and they want me to go away, they want our movement to go away. I represent we the people, and if they want us gone so badly that they’re willing to steal an election then I’m not going to let them have that, I won’t go away.”
“I’ve seen some internal polling that shows I’m the only Republican who can beat these other two. I find both of them incredibly dangerous to the people of Arizona, Kyrsten Sinema’s voting record being 93 percent of the time voting for Joe Biden’s agenda, I find Ruben Gallego being a self-admitted socialist really frightening for Arizona and if I’m the only Republican who can beat them, I would be willing to jump in,” Lake added.

By entering the contest for Arizona’s U.S. Senate seat, which is presently held by the now-Independent Krysten Sinema who broke with her party earlier this year, Lake’s team dispelled rumors that the campaign may be ready to challenge traditional politics.
In a recent poll, Lake defeated Democrat Ruben Gallego and incumbent Independent Senator Kyrsten Sinema. It seems like voters are eager to change!
“She speaks MAGA,” according to Chuck Coughlin, a well-known political advisor in Arizona. “She’s better than Trump in many respects. She’s a cultural warrior. She expresses their angst and anxiety over the way the country’s going.”
