During an interview with MSNBC’s Chris Hayes on Thursday night, Harris campaign spokesperson Ian Sams revealed that the planned appearance was ultimately canceled due to “scheduling conflicts.” The news has disappointed both Harris’s supporters and many of Rogan’s extensive audience, which includes a significant number of young male voters who were eager to hear from the vice president.

“I think that the vice president is happy to go anywhere and any place to talk to a broad segment of the country,” Sams said in response to Hayes’s question about the podcast. “We talked with Rogan and his team about the podcast.
