The incident unfolded on July 13 in Biddeford, Maine, where ICE officers were conducting surveillance connected to an illegal immigrant who had already received a final order of removal from the United States.
According to federal authorities, agents moved in after a vehicle departed from the residence they had been monitoring. Investigators say the driver, identified as Colombian national Joan Sebastian Guerrero, accelerated his vehicle toward officers as they attempted to conduct the stop.
