A shocking revelation has surfaced in the aftermath of the brutal attack that left two young West Virginia National Guard soldiers fighting for their lives in Washington, D.C. The accused gunman—an Afghan national brought into the United States under President Joe Biden’s chaotic withdrawal policy—wasn’t just another evacuee. He reportedly worked alongside multiple U.S. government agencies during the Afghanistan conflict, including the CIA.
A Troubling Entry Into the U.S. Under Biden’s Evacuation Pipeline
The suspect, identified as 29-year-old Rahmanullah Lakanwal, entered the United States roughly a month after the Biden administration’s disastrous August 2021 withdrawal from Afghanistan. He arrived under the expedited migration program known as “Operation Allies Welcome.”
Officials now acknowledge that Lakanwal wasn’t an unknown quantity. According to Fox News, he had previously cooperated with several American intelligence entities while serving as part of a partner security force in Kandahar.
