Judge Sides With Trump – Media Freaks Out!

>> Continued From the Previous Page <<

Historic Law, Finally Enforced

While critics scream about overreach, the truth is this: the law has been on the books for over 80 years. The roots go all the way back to the Alien Registration Act of 1940 and were later reinforced by the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952. Yet for decades, administrations — both Democrat and Republican — largely ignored those statutes. That changes now.

Judge McFadden made it clear that the Trump team isn’t inventing new rules; they’re enforcing what Congress passed long ago.

The requirement to register, effective immediately, affects anyone over the age of 14 who is living in the country illegally. In addition to identification and fingerprinting, immigrants will be required to carry registration documents at all times. Failure to do so could result in prosecution.

“We have evidence of how these electronic voting systems have been vulnerable to hackers for a very long time, and vulnerable to exploitation to manipulate the results of the votes being cast,” said Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard during a separate Cabinet meeting.

This policy even applies to foreign visitors who overstay their visas, including Canadian “snowbirds” who remain in the U.S. for more than 30 days.

Left in a Frenzy

Democrat leaders and left-leaning media outlets are already in full panic mode. Opponents of the policy claim the administration should have opened a public comment period before enforcing such rules. They also argue that since the law hasn’t been widely enforced in decades, restarting it now is discriminatory.

But legal precedent is not on their side.

After the September 11 attacks, a similar program was implemented that required men from 25 specific countries to register. The law never went away — it simply wasn’t enforced. Now, the Trump administration is reviving it with full backing from the courts.

DHS: It’s About Security, Not Politics

The Department of Homeland Security announced back in February that it intended to implement this policy, citing national security concerns and the need to keep better tabs on who is living in the country illegally.

DHS made clear that failure to register will not only result in immediate deportation proceedings but could also add new criminal charges.

Non-citizens impacted by the law have been instructed to register through the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services website. But that’s just the start — they’ll also be required to appear in person, which has immigration advocacy groups sounding alarms.

Trump Team Doubles Down

White House immigration czar Tom Homan is wasting no time. He made clear that while his top priority is arresting criminal illegal immigrants, no one is getting a free pass.

“Illegal immigrants without criminal records who are present during a raid will be taken as well,” Homan said bluntly.

According to the administration, the first 50 days of the new enforcement drive resulted in over 33,000 arrests — with nearly half being convicted criminals and another third facing pending charges. Those numbers alone reveal the scope of the crisis and why the administration is pushing for tougher controls.

The Big Question: Will They Comply?

Now, illegal immigrants in the U.S. face an impossible choice: come forward and risk deportation, or stay hidden and risk criminal prosecution if caught. Either way, the days of living in the shadows with no accountability appear to be coming to an end.

While liberal pundits rage and protestors prepare for another round of outrage-fueled demonstrations, the administration sees this as a win — not just for the rule of law, but for national security.

Whether this ruling holds up through inevitable appeals is anyone’s guess. But for now, the Trump administration has scored a major legal victory — and the left is losing its mind.
