Jeanine Pirro Just Made Her First Criminals Pay!

Former Fox News firebrand Jeanine Pirro didn’t waste a second in her shocking new role as the interim U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia. Just hours after stepping into her position, she dropped the hammer on two criminals involved in a brazen daylight drive-by shooting—just blocks from a school.

Pirro’s office announced the sentencing of Rasheed Mullins, 27, and Josiah Warfield, 24, for their roles in a terrifying April 2024 shooting near an elementary school. Both men pleaded guilty earlier this year to assault with intent to murder while armed. Now, they’ll be spending serious time behind bars. Mullins received 90 months in federal prison, and Warfield got 100 months. Following their time inside, both will be under supervised release for five years.

This announcement was made on the very same day Pirro assumed the mantle of top federal prosecutor in D.C.—a move that has stunned both Beltway insiders and media watchers.
