According to The Gateway Pundit, Engelmayer issued a ruling that prevents Elon Musk’s government efficiency team from accessing a crucial Treasury Department system. The judge claimed that allowing access would pose a risk of “irreparable harm,” effectively halting an effort designed to improve financial oversight.
