A shocking surprise was made by former vice president Mike Pence at the Republican Jewish Coalition Annual Summit in Las Vegas. He’s made the decision to put his presidential campaign on hold.
Pence told the audience at the event that the nation is currently experiencing a variety of unprecedented problems, which has made him feel motivated to run for president. “But the Bible tells us that there’s a time for every purpose under heaven,” Pence said. “Traveling across the country over the past six months, I have decided to suspend my campaign for president effective today.”
“Now, I’m leaving this campaign, but let me promise you, I will never leave the fight for conservative values, and I will never stop fighting to elect principled Republican leaders to every office in the land. leaders to every office in the land,” he continued. So help me God, so help me God. Thank you.”
Following recent financial filings that showed a gloomy future for the Pence campaign, the statement is not shocking. The former vice president’s attempts to close the gap with former President Donald Trump have been severely hampered by his mounting debt and insufficient funding.
Pence made an effort, but he was unable to outperform Vivek Ramaswamy, Nikki Haley, Tim Scott, and Chris Christie in New Hampshire.
Pence has praised the achievements of the “Trump-Pence Administration” but has also criticized his former employer. By deciding against using alternate electors in 2020, he strongly maintains his devotion to the Constitution.
Due to worries about the 2020 election, several state legislatures have selected alternate electors. Unauthorized modifications to voting procedures as well as issues with counting and confirming ballots are among these worries.
A sizable segment of the conservative base, who fervently believe that wrongdoing significantly influenced the outcome of the 2020 election, has been alienated by Vice President Pence’s views.
Following his early withdrawal from the contest, Mike Pence, the former governor of Indiana and current vice president, is sure to be compared to another former governor and candidate. Scott Walker, the previous governor of Wisconsin, withdrew from the 2016 run after encountering a comparable financial issue to Pence.

Walker and Pence both ended their campaigns before any primary or caucus voting took occurred.

So glad to hear it. Don’t let the door hit you on the way out. Disloyal hypocrite.
Pence should have run on the Democrat ticket. Pence is responsible for the Anti Democrats.
