Iran Won’t Like What Bessent Just Announced

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent delivered a stark message Friday night as U.S. forces continued pounding Iranian military infrastructure across the region.

Appearing on Fox Business with Larry Kudlow, Bessent described a war effort that is accelerating rather than slowing down. According to him, the next phase of Operation Epic Fury is set to deliver the heaviest blows yet against Tehran’s missile capability.

While the interview aired, American air and naval forces were already striking Iranian targets. Reports indicate missile production facilities, launch systems, and other military assets tied to the regime’s weapons program were under sustained attack.

Bessent made it clear that the campaign is far from over.

“Tonight will be our biggest bombing campaign,” he told host Larry Kudlow. “And we’ll do the most damage to the Iranian missile launchers, the factories that build the missiles, and we are substantially degrading them.”

His remarks signaled that Washington is moving into a more aggressive stage of the conflict aimed at crippling Iran’s long term ability to produce and deploy missiles.
