ICE Just Made Every Trump Voter Say “Told You So”

>> Continued From the Previous Page <<

An arrest warrant was issued in Mexico on April 23, 2024, charging Diaz-Cebada with aggravated homicide in the killing of a Mexican law enforcement officer. A cold-blooded cop killer was roaming American streets while Biden’s immigration system looked the other way.

Here’s where the story gets even more infuriating: this wasn’t Diaz-Cebada’s first encounter with U.S. authorities. He was deported on May 22, 2024, after sneaking across the border illegally. But just two days later, he tried again — and was deported a second time.

And yet, somehow, this violent criminal made his way back into the United States a third time, slipping through at an unknown location.

For months, Diaz-Cebada was living in the shadows, likely believing the U.S. under Biden-style policies would never track him down. But thanks to renewed coordination between ICE and the FBI under Trump’s leadership, the manhunt ended in New Haven, Connecticut.

Following the arrest, Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin issued a blistering statement that made the Trump administration’s position crystal clear.

“Thanks to our brave ICE law enforcement and federal partners, this criminal illegal alien fugitive wanted for murdering a law enforcement official in Mexico is off America’s streets,” McLaughlin stated.

She continued, pointing to the danger of Diaz-Cebada’s presence in a quiet American neighborhood:

“This heinous murderer attempted to evade justice by hiding out in Connecticut.”

McLaughlin didn’t stop there. She commended ICE’s tireless agents and issued a blunt warning to other violent offenders who might try to abuse America’s immigration system:

“These are the types of barbaric criminal illegal aliens our brave ICE law enforcement risks their lives every day to arrest.”

“America is no longer a safe haven for violent criminals,” McLaughlin declared. “If you are a criminal illegal alien considering entering America illegally, don’t even think about it.”

And the message couldn’t be more clear for those thinking they can cross America’s borders with evil intent:

“If you come here and break our laws, we will hunt you down,” she warned. “Criminals are not welcome in the United States.”

This arrest highlights the chaos left in Biden’s wake — a system so broken that a known killer could break into the country three separate times.

Under Biden’s weak, politically-driven border policies, criminals like Diaz-Cebada treated the southern border like a turnstile. Get caught. Get deported. Try again.

While communities across America were left vulnerable, D.C. bureaucrats refused to admit their policies were putting lives at risk.

A Mexican cartel thug — wanted for murdering a police officer — was walking free among unsuspecting American families in Connecticut. That’s the legacy Biden left behind.

With Trump back in charge, that dangerous free-for-all is over.

ICE officers are once again fully empowered to detain and remove violent offenders. No more catch-and-release. No more sanctuary loopholes. No more apologies.

Diaz-Cebada is now behind bars, held by ICE and facing removal proceedings. He won’t be getting another chance to slip past Border Patrol — not on Trump’s watch.

This case proves Trump’s America First policies are already taking hold and putting public safety back on the priority list. Law-abiding Americans deserve safe communities — not sanctuary cities for criminals.

And to those still plotting to enter this country with criminal records and violent intentions?

Trump’s law enforcement team has one message: We will find you. We will arrest you. And we will deport you.
