It all unfolded in Santa Ana, California, where Narciso Barranco was arrested for charging at Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers with a weed whacker during enforcement operations. According to federal officials, Barranco lunged at agents in the vicinity of Edinger Avenue and Ritchey Street, wielding the landscaping tool like a weapon.
