Hunter’s Bank Account EXPOSED in Court!

>> Continued From the Previous Page <<

“[Biden] has had difficulty in finding a new permanent place to live as well as finding it difficult to earn a living,” his lawyers wrote. They argued that his focus should be on securing a home, dealing with the fallout from the property damage, and supporting his family—rather than continuing costly litigation.

Ziegler’s legal team did not immediately respond to requests for comment. Meanwhile, Biden’s attorneys have refused to elaborate on the decision to drop the case.

Trump Survivor Coin

Biden originally sued Ziegler and his nonprofit, Marco Polo, in September 2023, accusing them of violating federal and state laws by compiling and publishing a searchable online database of 128,000 emails allegedly linked to Biden.

Ziegler, who previously served as an assistant to Trump’s trade adviser Peter Navarro, had sought to have the lawsuit dismissed, but the judge denied his request. Last year, Ziegler blasted the lawsuit as “completely frivolous.”

Adding insult to injury, the court ordered Ziegler to cover $18,000 in legal fees for Biden’s attorneys last September. But now, Biden appears to be walking away from the fight altogether.

Biden’s financial struggles have become more apparent in recent months. In a separate court filing, he admitted that he owes significant sums of money and is “not in a position where I can borrow money.”

The embattled president’s son had hoped to earn money through speaking engagements and appearances following positive feedback on his art and memoir. However, as his attorneys noted, “that has not happened.”

Biden’s declining art sales paint a bleak picture. Prior to the lawsuit, he reportedly sold 27 paintings at an average price of $54,500 each. Since then, he has managed to sell just one piece for $36,000. Similarly, his memoir sales have plummeted, with only 1,100 copies sold in the six months after the lawsuit’s filing—down from 3,100 in the prior period.

Compounding his legal woes, Biden faces federal charges tied to gun and tax-related offenses. He was convicted on gun charges and was originally set for sentencing in December, but President Joe Biden stepped in and granted him an unconditional pardon.

Meanwhile, Biden is also facing allegations of skipping out on over $300,000 in unpaid rent from a former landlord, venture capitalist Shaun Maguire, who took to social media to air his grievances.

“So what happens to the $300k+ in back pay rent that Hunter Biden owes my family from 2019-2020? Is that pardoned now? Thanks Joe,” Maguire wrote on X.

President Biden issued a sweeping pardon for his son, covering any federal crimes committed between January 1, 2014, and December 1, 2024—a move that contradicts his prior assurances that he wouldn’t intervene in his son’s legal troubles.

Maguire provided further details, revealing that Hunter Biden had rented a property in Venice, California, for $25,000 per month but failed to pay rent for over a year. “Hunter was our tenant in Venice, CA. Didn’t pay rent for over a year. Tried to pay w/ art made from his own feces. Absolute s— bag,” Maguire posted.

In another shocking claim, Maguire alleged that Hunter Biden “changed the locks and used Secret Service to enforce” his stay, effectively barring the property owners from accessing their own home.

When asked why he hadn’t pursued legal action to evict Biden, Maguire responded bluntly: “The Bidens are kind of a scary family to go after.”

With a growing list of legal troubles, financial woes, and unresolved debts, Hunter Biden’s decision to abandon his lawsuit against Ziegler may be just the beginning of more fallout to come.
