Horror in NYC: Man Beaten to Death on Subway

New York City’s soft-on-crime reality just claimed another innocent life. A 64-year-old man was savagely beaten to death on a Brooklyn subway platform Tuesday afternoon — not by some first-time offender, but by a career criminal who’s already been arrested at least 33 times.

The suspect, 25-year-old David Mazariegos, unleashed a brutal attack on a complete stranger after reportedly taking offense to something as trivial as a look. The victim — whose name has not been released — made the mistake of holding the subway door open. That simple act of courtesy became a fatal decision in what can only be described as a lawless, Democrat-run city spiraling out of control.

Witnesses told reporters the attack began without warning. Mazariegos allegedly grew enraged, then pummeled the older man for more than 10 minutes, raining down punch after punch. According to the New York Post, he also stomped on the victim’s head multiple times with full force. The man never stood a chance.

After the ruthless assault, Mazariegos reportedly stole the victim’s wallet and bolted. Hours later, authorities located him in Times Square — a place packed with tourists and families. On his back was a samurai sword, though it was not drawn when he was apprehended.
