An Arkansas court has ruled that Hunter Biden is the biological father of Lunden Alexis Roberts’ 17-month-old child after a contentious legal dispute. Hunter was asked to submit financial documents by the court as part of the lawsuit, but he resisted until Rohberts won her plea for child support.

A contentious paternity and child support case was filed in June 2019 against Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden. Hunter is a presidential contender. The incident resulted from his earlier engagement with his ex-girlfriend, who was 28 years old, and his contemporaneous involvement with Hallie Biden (Beau’s widow), and it generated controversy and curiosity among American media sources.
According to court records, Hunter Biden attempted to have his daughter’s child support payments reduced by arguing that his “financial circumstances” had significantly changed.
According to recent court documents, President Biden’s son is asking for a change to his child support obligations for a newborn girl he has not yet met. The 52-year-old is requesting that the court in Arkansas who is presiding over his case and that of Lunden Roberts, 31, recalculate the amount that would be required to be paid in order to satisfy his paternal duties.
Hunter cited “a substantial material change” in his “financial circumstances, including but not limited to his income,” for the justification of his inquiry.

Hunter recently asked the court to step in to protect his little daughter from being linked to his own contentious identity.
According to the New York Post, Hunter Biden requested a court to prevent his 4-year-old daughter from adopting his last name because he felt it would make her a target for criticism and deprive her of a “peaceful existence.”
On January 6, Biden filed a paternity suit in Independence, Arkansas, hoping to have his child-support obligations daughter Navy Joan Roberts, who was born out of a relationship with Lunden Roberts, reduced.
A 31-year-old guy went up to Judge Holly Meyer on December 27th and asked that their kid be given the name Biden. The petitioner said that such a situation would benefit their daughter in a number of areas of her life. “now synonymous with being well educated, successful, financially acute and politically powerful.”
The president’s son continued to publicly dispute about how much his name was worth while being involved in a number of issues, including inquiries related to overseas business transactions and crack addiction. It was even more shocking to hear that he was allegedly seen with another individual while violently brandishing a pistol.
As soon as the request was made, Roberts’ attorney moved to have the court reject it, arguing that his daughter should eventually have the right to make her own decisions. “the disparagement of the Biden name is not at its height.”
Roberts’ goal has dramatically changed from hiding her daughter’s identity to starting a full-scale political conflict with the Bidens. Roberts took his first important move into what is now known as “political warfare” with the reversal of this decision in late 2019.
Roberts said the girl will have more possibilities because of the Biden name. “just like it has for other members of the Biden family.”
While her daughter is still “estranged” from the original family, she further asserted that the name change will put everything right.
