Memorial Day is a time to reflect on the sacrifice of American heroes. But this year, Hillary Clinton has a different idea—one that has even longtime critics shaking their heads.
Instead of honoring the men and women who laid down their lives for freedom, Clinton is urging liberals to hijack backyard barbecues and friendly gatherings to slam President Trump and his latest House-passed budget.
In a bizarre online message, the two-time failed presidential candidate declared:
“I’m giving you a mission for this Memorial Day holiday weekend. I want you to talk to two people—friends, neighbors, cookout attendees—about why Trump’s proposed budget would be a disaster for American kids.”
