The documents were finally made public following a request from Senator Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), who pressured officials including Attorney General Pam Bondi, FBI Director Kash Patel, and others to declassify the Durham annex.
Senator Grassley minced no words in his reaction: “Based on the Durham annex, the Obama FBI failed to adequately review and investigate intelligence reports showing the Clinton campaign may have been ginning up the fake Trump-Russia narrative for Clinton’s political gain, which was ultimately done through the Steele Dossier and other means.”
He continued, “These intelligence reports and related records, whether true or false, were buried for years. History will show that the Obama and Biden administrations’ law enforcement and intelligence agencies were weaponized against President Trump.”
Grassley called the scheme one of the “biggest political scandals and cover-ups in American history” and urged the current Trump administration to act swiftly and transparently to repair the damage.
The situation took another dramatic turn last week when Director of Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard declassified additional documents showing that U.S. intelligence officials concluded Russia had no meaningful impact on the 2016 election results—directly contradicting years of Democrat-led hysteria.
These memos state unequivocally that “Russian and criminal actors did not impact recent US election results by conducting malicious cyber activities against election infrastructure.” While cyber threats were acknowledged, they were deemed ineffective at actually influencing votes.
The report clarified: “The targeting of infrastructure not used in casting ballots makes it highly unlikely it would have resulted in altering any state’s official vote.” It even went further, stating, “Criminal activity also failed to reach the scale and sophistication necessary to change election outcomes.”
RealClear Investigations journalist Paul Sperry also reported on social media that insiders have disclosed the existence of incriminating messages between Clinton’s team and the Obama White House. “DEVELOPING: I’m told there are texts/emails indicating Hillary Clinton campaign aides directly coordinated with the Obama White House, NSC, State Dept and Intelligence Community officials in efforts to dig up dirt tying Donald Trump to Vladimir Putin in July 2016 …developing…” Sperry posted on X.
These communications—if verified—would confirm that the Russia hoax was a coordinated effort at the highest levels of government to derail Trump before he even set foot in the Oval Office.
The memo released by Gabbard also directly informed then-President Obama that alleged breaches of state voter systems, such as those in Illinois, did not compromise vote counts. The entire justification for investigating Trump based on Russian interference was falling apart even before the public ever heard of it.
The implications are enormous. What was long dismissed by corporate media as conspiracy theory is now backed by hard evidence: the Trump-Russia scandal was manufactured, top-down, from Clinton’s campaign all the way through Obama’s intelligence agencies.
Now, momentum is building for criminal investigations. Sources suggest the FBI is preparing to scrutinize former CIA Director John Brennan, ex-FBI Director James Comey, and others behind the Crossfire Hurricane probe. That probe, based on false premises, sparked years of turmoil and attempted to destroy Trump’s presidency before it began.
As these disclosures continue to come to light, one thing is becoming painfully clear—Americans were lied to by the very institutions sworn to protect them. And now, accountability is long overdue.
