On Thursday, Texas State Senator Angela Paxton stunned many by issuing a personal announcement on X, revealing the end of her nearly four-decade marriage to Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton. “For some reason, she felt like she needed to make the announcement on X for the world to see,” observed critics who questioned the public nature of the revelation.
Ken Paxton, known for his fierce legal battles against Democratic policies and election integrity fights, followed up shortly afterward with his own statement confirming the divorce.
