Gavin Newsom Just DECLARED WAR on Trump!

>> Continued From the Previous Page <<

But Newsom is calling foul — claiming that Trump’s effort to rebuild American industry somehow violates the Constitution.

“President Trump’s unlawful tariffs are wreaking chaos on California families, businesses, and our economy — driving up prices and threatening jobs,” Newsom ranted in a statement. “We’re standing up for American families who can’t afford to let the chaos continue.”

Of course, Newsom didn’t mention that many of those “families” are the same global corporations and coastal elites who have benefited from cheap foreign imports while American factories shut down.

The lawsuit is being filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California — a courtroom known for siding with Democrats in past legal showdowns. It’s no surprise that Newsom chose this left-leaning venue, where the state will also ask for an emergency order to block the tariffs altogether.

But here’s where it gets even more absurd: Before filing this lawsuit, Newsom reportedly pleaded with foreign governments to give California a special exemption from the tariffs. Let that sink in — while Trump fights for the entire country, Newsom is trying to cut side deals with foreign powers to shield his state from national policy.

This legal stunt comes just two weeks after Trump delivered a fiery announcement from the White House Rose Garden, declaring April 2 as “Liberation Day” — a turning point in America’s economic fight for sovereignty.

Trump laid out his plan to restore American manufacturing, stop the outsourcing hemorrhage, and finally hold hostile nations like China accountable.

“Enough is enough,” Trump posted on Truth Social. “We will no longer let countries take advantage of us. China’s lack of respect for the World’s Markets must be met with strength.”

Under his plan, China now faces a crippling 125% tariff, while 75 other nations were given a 90-day reprieve with a reduced 10% tariff. It’s a strategic move aimed at realigning global trade to benefit American workers, not foreign factories.

“We must protect American jobs and rebuild our economy from within,” Trump said during his Rose Garden speech. “This is not just policy — it’s a promise to the American people.”

While Trump is pushing for economic patriotism, Newsom is once again proving that he’s more concerned with pleasing global elites than defending American sovereignty.

This lawsuit is more than just a court filing — it’s a clear signal of where the Democrats are headed. They’ll fight tooth and nail to keep America tied to the failing globalist system that has drained our middle class for decades.

And if Newsom thinks suing the president will win him brownie points for 2028, he might want to reconsider — because Americans are tired of politicians who protect China more than they protect their own citizens.
