Leading the funding effort is Breakthrough Energy Ventures, a climate-focused fund established by Gates. According to Axios, additional contributors include left-leaning environmental organizations like the Grantham Foundation and AgriZeroNZ, fueling concerns that ideological forces are influencing agricultural practices.
