Fox News White House correspondent Peter Doocy recently criticized his colleagues for allegedly ignoring a bombshell Wall Street Journal (WSJ) report that raises serious concerns about President Joe Biden’s mental fitness. Speaking on Fox & Friends Weekend, Doocy accused White House reporters of participating in what he described as “the biggest cover-up in Washington, D.C., since Watergate.”
Allegations of a Cover-Up
The Wall Street Journal report, based on testimony from over 50 Democratic aides, lawmakers, and donors, paints a troubling picture of Biden’s mental state. According to the report, concerns over Biden’s cognitive abilities date back to before his 2020 presidential campaign. However, efforts were reportedly made by White House staff to shield the public from the extent of these issues throughout his presidency.

“There were limits over who Biden spoke with, limits on what they said to him, and limits around the sources of information he consumed,” the WSJ report stated.
