Shaheen Walks Straight Into a Trap on Live TV
During a tense segment on Fox & Friends, New Hampshire Senator Jeanne Shaheen tried to rewrite her party’s record on one of the most unpopular Democrat policies — free healthcare for illegal immigrants.
“I haven’t heard anybody in my party saying that illegal immigrants should get access to the health insurance marketplace,” Shaheen said confidently, seemingly unaware of what was about to hit her.
Fox co-host Lawrence Jones didn’t even blink. “I’m so glad you said that,” he replied, before pulling out the receipts.
The Moment That Broke the Internet
Jones rolled footage from the 2020 Democrat presidential primary debate — the one that burned itself into voters’ memories. The moderator had asked which candidates supported providing healthcare to illegal immigrants.
