Former Pilot Arrested… What He Did Will STUN You

The Biden-era Department of Justice announced Wednesday that a former United States Air Force pilot has been taken into custody over explosive allegations that he secretly trained Chinese military pilots—an accusation that has sent shockwaves through national security circles.

According to the Department of Justice, federal agents arrested Gerald Eddie Brown, Jr., a 65-year-old retired Air Force veteran, in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Authorities say Brown spent decades serving his country—only to allegedly turn around and assist a foreign military adversary.

Federal prosecutors allege Brown violated the Arms Export Control Act by providing defense-related training services to Chinese military pilots without the required U.S. government authorization. The charges stem from a criminal complaint accusing him of conspiring with both foreign nationals and U.S. citizens to deliver sensitive combat aviation training.

According to the DOJ, Brown’s actions were not accidental or isolated. Investigators claim that as early as August 2023, Brown knowingly participated in a scheme to train pilots serving in the Chinese Air Force, formally known as the People’s Liberation Army Air Force. Because this type of training falls under strict federal export controls, Brown was required to obtain special approval from the U.S. State Department—approval he allegedly never sought or received.
