For years, former President Barack Obama cultivated an image as a calm, measured leader who frequently urged Americans to reject divisive rhetoric and embrace civility.
Now, newly released pages from Dr. Anthony Fauci’s private pandemic diary are drawing fresh attention after revealing what Obama allegedly said behind closed doors during a private conversation.
The journal, made public by Sen. Rand Paul, contains an account of a phone call between Obama and Fauci in late 2021. According to Fauci’s own written recollection, the conversation quickly turned toward criticism of Donald Trump, his family, and Republicans who had questioned Fauci throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
