EXCLUSIVE: Trump’s Team Restricted – J6 Truth Stay Hidden!

The legal team representing Trump is up against a lot of resistance while trying to find out what really happened on January 6, 2021. That day, despite law enforcement’s numerous warnings about possible violence, political radicals stormed Congress during the objections to the electors chosen by the Electoral College.

Trump’s request to subpoena the Jan. 6 committee for evidence in the election lawsuit is denied by a federal judge.

In October, the attorneys for the former president asked the court to grant subpoenas for documents from the House Administration Committee, the National Archives and Records Administration, Rep. Bennie Thompson, the Democratic leader of the House Jan. 6 panel, and other organizations.

According to Trump’s legal team, they want certain papers from the now-dissolved group in order to prepare for court. But ex-members of the J6 committee blatantly claim that no material is missing.

Attorneys for Trump have not yet stated whether they plan to appeal Judge Chutkan’s decision.

In Special Counsel Jack Smith’s case, the former president’s legal team is requesting information on FBI informants and undercover agents connected to the event on January 6 through a discovery request.

“Please provide all documents regarding informants, cooperators, undercover agents, representatives, or anyone acting in a similar capacity on behalf of or at the behest of the Department of Justice or any law enforcement agency…who was present at or within five miles of the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021,” Written in the nine-page discovery letter was Trump’s legal team.

The new date of Trump’s trial in Jack Smith’s January 6 lawsuit is March 4, 2024. Super Tuesday, the most significant day in the whole primary season, is one day away.

Julie Kelly covered the discovery filed from the Trump legal team.

ALERT! Major Water Restrictions In Effect!

“Whoo boy–last week, Trump’s lawyers in J6 case filed a 9-page discovery letter seeking lots of records from Special Counsel and DOJ related to 2020 election and Jan 6,” Kelly said on X. “Some highlights…”

Kelly mentioned that among other things, the Trump legal team requested that the Department of Justice supply “all documents regarding informants, cooperators, undercover agents, representatives, or anyone acting in a similar capacity on behalf of the Department of Justice or any law enforcement agency…”

She commented, “I’ve said Smith’s indictment could backfire on Dems/Biden in a big way. If Trump’s team gets even some of this discovery, that’s exactly what will happen–not just related to 2020 election but J6 in general…”

Kelly mentioned that throughout the discovery process, the Trump legal team had come across a lot of redacted papers.

William Pope, a J6 defendant, was tried by a federal prosecution “admitted in court papers that three D.C. Metropolitan Police Department undercover officers acted as provocateurs at the northwest steps of the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.”

According to the article, an acknowledgment was made in a file submitted to Judge Rudolph Contreras on March 24. The purpose of this acknowledgment was to safeguard and maintain the confidentiality of the officers’ video footage. But it appears that the file has now been deleted.

See the compelling undercover footage of three MPD Electronic Surveillance Unit agents approaching the northwest steps of the Capitol. After careful examination, this video evidence supports the facts stated in the Epoch Times piece.

“This video clearly evidences undercover law enforcement officers urging the crowds to advance up the stairs and scaffolding towards the Capitol on January 6,” Pope stated in a previous court document. “The government may claim that incidents like this did not happen, but the facts show they did.”

Citing law enforcement officials’ safety concerns, prosecutor Kelly Moran blocked the publication of possibly exonerating CCTV footage.

“There are very specific and highly worrisome risks associated with the specific videos the defendant seeks to share en masse,” she wrote.

“Given the highly volatile nature of the discourse surrounding these cases, releasing the identities of the officers depicted in these videos—officers the defendant now claims to have instigated the entire attack on the U.S. Capitol—would surely put the lives of those officers at risk,” the lawyer argued.

In a March 24th motion, prosecutor Moran recognized the main points of Pope’s testimony.

“The specific footage, GoPro video recorded by an MPD police officer who was stationed at the Capitol in an evidence-gathering capacity, captures the officer shouting words to the effect of, “Go! Go! Go!” Moran said.

“At other times in these videos, the officer and the two other plainclothes officers with him appear to join the crowd around them in various chants, including “drain the swamp,” “U.S.A.! U.S.A.! U.S.A.!”, and “Whose house? Our house!”

Officer 1 shoved demonstrators in front of him to move toward the Capitol while yelling, “C’mon, c’mon, c’mon, let’s go!”

Terry Thorne, an MPD officer, can be seen on video encouraging demonstrators to head down Constitution Avenue to the Capitol following Trump’s 12:30 p.m. speech. “Keep the march going,” he advises.

“Let’s keep it going,” Thorne says. “Let’s keep the march going. Let’s keep it going. Guys, let’s keep the march going.”

Watch the unique video to learn how uniformed police recognized the cops who were not in uniform during the Capitol Riots.

“Dark hair, black vest, thin blue line, thing on, dark hair,” the officer said. “And he’s got like, it looked like a little 27 or something on his hip. No police identification on him at all.”

“They will have a wristband,” he added. “Their guns will have a candy stripe on the barrel. Okay. I don’t know the wristband color, but they’ll have a wristband somewhere.”

Another video shows police in civilian clothing identifying themselves and reaffirming that they are all “armed.”

More sources state that a defense lawyer proposed that up to fifteen FBI informants handled the Proud Boys case exclusively. The number of FBI informants and undercover police personnel involved in the January 6 rioting is unknown. A significant portion of this data is still protected by seal, and FBI Director Christopher Wray has declined to provide Congress with access to this material.

However, fresh video released by the GOP-led House strengthens the growing body of evidence that the federal government, which has been monitoring far-right extremists planning to be in the capital on January 6 since at least November 2020, was complicit in the “insurrection” and not only permitted the Capitol Riots to occur.

Conveniently upsetting protests against the 2020 election, the Capitol Riots later served as weaponized fodder for attacks on former President Donald Trump.

Given that the truth about what actually transpired on January 6 is crucial to Trump’s survival as an American citizen, his legal team has a right to know it.
