EV Industry PANICS After CEO Confession!

For years, Americans have been told that electric vehicles were the “future.” Washington politicians threw billions of taxpayer dollars into propping up the industry, lecturing drivers to trade in their trucks for battery-powered toys. But now that the government’s $7,500 EV handout has officially expired, the illusion is crumbling — and even one of the biggest players in the auto industry is admitting the truth.

The $7,500 Bribe That Built a False Market

The so-called “federal incentive” wasn’t about helping the environment — it was about forcing Americans to buy cars they didn’t want. As critics have pointed out, nobody needs a taxpayer-funded discount to buy a Ford F-150 or a Honda Accord. Those vehicles sell themselves because they meet real needs.

EVs, on the other hand, only moved off lots because Washington was effectively paying people to take them. Without that $7,500 check from taxpayers, demand dries up overnight.

Ford CEO Jim Farley confirmed exactly that. He admitted, “I wouldn’t be surprised if sales of EVs fell from a market share of around 10 percent to 12 percent this month to 5 percent after the incentive program ends.”
